When a vehicle is involved in a collision, the owner of the vehicle is placed in a position of having to decide which repair facility they would like to have work on their vehicle. The owner must report a claim to their insurance company, if applicable, which will then set the claims process in motion. Between the repair shop and the insurance company, it is decided what needs to be repaired through a thorough and detailed estimation process.

Each individual operation, right down to the hardware used to install a part, is itemized on our collision estimates so the customer, the insurance company and our staff know exactly what needs to be done to fully restore our customer's vehicle. After the vehicle owner authorizes work to commence, any parts that will be needed are ordered so they will arrive on time to begin the project.
